REFUND PROCEDURE  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly provide a full refund. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:   
 

  • Contact our customer support team within two (2) days of receiving the product, providing clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.  
  • Once we assess your request, we will provide you with instructions on returning the product.  
  • After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow five to seven (5-7) for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.  

REFUND CONDITIONS   
 

  • All tags and packaging must be present on the product.  
  • Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.  
  • Some items, such as intimate apparel and custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.   
     

EXCHANGES  

Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival can be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team within two (2) of receiving the product. We will arrange for the exchange and provide you with the necessary instructions for the return shipment.
